There will be a growing demand in almost all sectors & huge requirement of skilled workforce over next ten years. The only way to satisfy this envisaged skill demand is by a sustainable increase in quality as well as quantity of workforce within a delivery framework. The delivery mechanism has to ensure that quality management system are in place, with all stakeholders giving due focus on research & development, infrastructure improvements & fulfilling the requirement of training personnel.

India has the capacity to contribute to fourth of global workforce if it invests in skill development of its youth, as most of European & some of Asian countries working population are growing older & the world is looking towards India to meet its requirement of workforce.
